My foot is fine thank you…but you can clearly see he was born without those toes… and even so if he did lose them in an accident….why is it ok to make fun of him? this picture is not worthy of this site at all….
Why is it ok to many fun of any of these people? The second you start making rules the second you fall down a slippery slope and there won’t be a site anymore.

In JM’s defense, this fellow went out in public with flip-flops on his festering clubfoot when were are a bevy of medical boots to choose from–many of them quite alluring. I’d know.
Danny, not everyone can afford those…and it’s not “medically”necessary for one…so his insurance may not pay for one… still no reason to make fun of him….
I don’t see what’s so funny about this but if people want to find it humorous good for them.
As for this person being born without the toe I seriously doubt it. Looking at the condition of their leg I’d actually say they have diabetes and haven’t been taking correct care of themselves and as such have had to get the toe amputated due to gangrene.
Just look at the puffiness of the whole leg, the colour of the skin and the appearance of the foot. This person clearly has diabetes. As for wearing a flip flop with a foot like that I know several people with diabetes like that and they find flip flops the most comfortable because when they stand and walk for any length of time their feet swell and a normal shoe will become ridiculously tight and uncomfortable
