Yep I agree with the other comment about the formal kilt outfit. This is should not be on this site. Nothing wrong here.
That’s called a Prince Charlie jacket and is the standard dress jacket for a kilt, worn during formal events. I have no idea why this is on this site, as there is absolutely nothing wrong with it.
This is a kilt suit, nothing to see here. Looks quite smart as well :) the kilt I think is a McDonald tartan, BTW.
